Case Report: Tuberculous Spondylitis in Siti Rahmah Hospital During Covid-19 Pandemic

Background:
 Spondylitis TB is an infection of Mycobacterium involving the spine. The course spondylitis relatively indolent. This study was conducted to evaluate clinical presentation and a goal surgery in two patients who had been operated for tuberculosis (TB) Siti Rahmah Hospital during Covid-19 pandemic.
 Case Report:
 1, A 24-year-old woman, presented emergency department with complaint nausea, vomiting, weight loss, severe back pain. On admission she febrile leukocytosis. Initial spinal x-ray performed revealed osteolytic changes vertebral body T10 T11. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) spine illustrated T8 until T12, paravertebral abscesses, which suggestive spondylitis. 2, 19-year-old policlinic complain paraplegi inferior hipoestesi since 7 month ago. C7 T4, Both were on by orthopedic doctor. Anatomical Pathology examination showed spodylitis. patient treat surgical intervention anti-tuberculosis drug. After intervention, improvement sensoric motoric.
 Conclusions:
 In covid-19 pandemic situation, diagnosis management must be carried out because it related prognosis disease.
